  If I could give a zero I would. First of all.... every time I called there was no answer so, imagine if you had an issue and need to speak with someone. .. TWO, I finally decided to go to the office and OMG!... How rude! No one greets me, it stinks, its depressing in there, the guy jerrmy (the one in picture) was what appeared to be on Craigslist. . I was the only customer. Finally I asked if they were busy and the women in the front desk said she could help me, as if it was such a burden for her to help me (or do her job!)...but I had to ask. She yelled at my kids because they were playing by the window. .. she was rude and told me she could not insure me after reviewing my application for motorcycle insurance! ! Never hear that before. . . she and the Jeremy guy need some customer service training! So i went to Mililani to Susan Yanabu's office... they were extremely friendly and I got my insurance in less then 10 minutes! And it was pretty in there with nice music. I felt very welcomed at Her office in Mililani , not this one... don't waste your time here...i feel they see you as a waste of their time, maybe that's why they paid me no respect and wasting my time with lies, that they cant insure ... I feel discriminated... doesn't matter how nice i am... they were not interested in my business the first moment I got there... you cant talk to the girl with tattoos and black nails, with out her ignoring you or just blowing you off. She added info into my files that was false and i had to look over to the computer to see what she was inputting.. They need to ask you about your info regarding the vehicle or whatnot... but she inputting her own info as if thats what i told her can make a difference in your policy! She probably did something so the system could tell her i was not approved to insure with them.. or she lied again but not just to the computer system..to me. DO NOT COME TO THIS OFFICE at JEREMY
